SHF采用超級結(jié)IGBT技術，性能與友商最新H7系列相當，硬開關頻率可達40KHz，電流等級提升至140A。SC版本具備出色的短路耐受能力，達到13微秒，適用于電機驅(qū)動等應用場景。FHF采用FS工藝，目前已大量供應至光伏領域的頭部客戶。
